Pork chop Fingers

I have been eating pork chops all of my life and I’m tired , most of the time they come out tough unless they’re very thin. A few years ago I thought I would try something different ,so I cut them into strips, seasoned them and lightly coated them with flour and fried them. Now my wife refuses to eat pork chops again and loves the pork chop fingers!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash pork chops, and trim bone and fat with kitchen shears, Cut into desired length and width strips. I cut mine into thin strips
- 2
Season pork chop fingers. Mix flour and bread crumbs with a fork and place in zip lock bag, place fingers in bag, close and shake to coat evenly
- 3
Heat oil at med high and fry fingers for one minute, pork cooks very quickly at this heat so be very careful not to over cook. You want them melt in your mouth tender. ENJOY
