Marinade
1 tbspWorchestershire Sauce
1 tbspLiquid Smoke
1/2 cupSoy Sauce
1 tbspVinegar ( I like using rice wine vinegar)
1/4 cupOil (Any will do)
2 cloveGarlic (Crushed)
1 tspDry Mustard
1 tbspGinger (Crushed or Minced)
1/4 cupBrown Sugar
1 tspCelery Salt

Steps

Mix all ingredients, pour over meat in covered glass dish or in a freezer zip- lock, Refrigerate overnight or for several hrs 24/48 hrs is even better, turning several times.

Remove from dish or bag, let excess marinade drip off and grill or broil as you would any other steak.
