Remove the inner flesh from your bread..do not throw it away

Push them close together and place your bread over them

Pour your egg mixture...egg plus salt and pepper

Let it cook on one side...and place the part you had removed

Flip it over and let the other side cook

For the second slice, I added my vegetables to the egg mixture

Repeat procedure above and add a little grated cheese

Serve and enjoy
