Steps

Add besan,water,salt,baking soda and turmeric powder in a mixing bowl.

Mix well and take rest for 10 minutes.

Now add eno,mix well.

Grease oil in a dhokla mold pour this batter and steam for 15 minutes on medium low flame.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli.

When crackle spread on dhokla.
