  • 4 quarttomatoes, cut up
  • 1 quartonions, diced
  • 20jalapeno peppers, seeded and cut up
  • 6 tsp.Salt
  • 3sweet peppers roasted, peeled and cut up
  • 3 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 1/4 cupvinegar

    Cook together for 20 minutes and pour into jars. Cook the jars again for 15 minute to can.
