Ingredients

  1. 4 quarttomatoes, cut up
  2. 1 quartonions, diced
  3. 20jalapeno peppers, seeded and cut up
  4. 6 tsp.Salt
  5. 3sweet peppers roasted, peeled and cut up
  6. 3 clovesgarlic, chopped
  7. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  8. 1/4 cupvinegar

    Cook together for 20 minutes and pour into jars. Cook the jars again for 15 minute to can.
