Chips served with samosa
Steps

Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips to get long rectangular wedges

Boil for 5 minutes. Then put oil in a pan to heat.

Then after 5 minutes fry the potatoes in oil for five minutes each side to get a crispy like chips.

Then dry off the chips using pepper towels. Then serve with samosas.
