Ingredients

  • chicken meat
  • soy sauce
  • ginger root
  • garlic
  • mixed herbs
  • paprika
  • cayenne(if you like it hot)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the spices together

  2. 2

    Mix the chicken with garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Add the spices

  4. 4

    Add soy sauce and mix well

  5. 5

    Put the meat inside a paper and fold tightly so that air cannot get inside

  6. 6

    Chill for one hour

  7. 7

    Preheat your oven and bake your marinated chicken

  8. 8

    Serve with your prefered dish.Served mine with rice
