250 gmKuttu flour
5-6Potatoes
2-3green chilli
to taste black pepper
as neededcoriander leaves
to taste senda salt
as neededPeanut oil for frying

Boil potatoes than cut small pieces, mix kuttu flour and all ingredients

Then make shape like a cutlets,take a pan with oil,then fry cutlets very well in medium flame and serve with chutney,or yogurt
