Soak dal and rajma till 2hrs

Put them in a cooker adding salt and lot of water

After 1 whistle simmer it and cook till 1/2hr

Add milk and stir well

Cook till it becomes thick and mix well

Heat desi ghee in a.pan

Now add chopped garlic and ginger

Pour tadka in the dal

When crackle add rice.salt and red chilli
