Make a smooth thin batter. Break the lumps.Add all ingredients in it. Then heat the Tapa. Take a ladle full of batter and pour on the tawa. Spread it gently with ladle.Gas flame should be low. Change it's side and drizzle oil on chilla. Cook this till you see golden spot on chilla. Then serve it with any chutney of your choice.
