5 pcsboiled lotus stems pieces fresh or from leftover curry
1boiled potato
2 tbspgram flour or roasted Chana powder
1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
1 tspRed powder
1 tspAamchur powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 cupfresh bread crumbs
To tasteGreen chillies finely chopped
as neededCoriander leaves
as neededOil to shallow fry

Insert thick sticks

Shallow fry on tawa.

Serve hot with any dip of ur choice.
