Most people do not like beef liver so why not flavor it with paprika and garlic to make it delicious
Steps

Wash the beef liver under running water. Set aside. Heat a large pan / skillet. Add chopped onions and cooking oil. Cook until onions start to fragrance and turn golden brown

Add chopped tomatoes into the pan/skillet. Cook tomatoes until they start turning to paste. Add salt and ginger and continue to cook

Pour the chopped liver into the pan/skillet. Add Paprika and stir to combine well. Add the Royco spice. Cook a further 20 minutes stirring occasionally so that the liver does not stick to the bottom of the pan

Mince/blend/pound the garlic and add it into the liver. Cook a further 5 minutes, taste to see whether you need to add more salt
Remove from heat and serve garnished with freshly chopped cilantro
