Take a non stick pan. Put it on low heat.Add the jaggery

Once it starts melting add the sesame seeds. Switch off gas.Mix well.

Quickly transfer to a bowl & very quickly start making medium rounds

The mixture is quite hot,but work fast. As it cools it will be hard to roll them

Arrange in a bowl & enjoy this yummy local dish
