Ingredients

  • 1 bowlgram flour
  • 1 bowlsemolina
  • 1/2 bowlcurd
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 pinchturmeric powder
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 tsprefined oil
  • As neededwater
  • 1 packeteno
  • For dhokla water
  • 1 tsprefined oil
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 2-3green chilli chopped
  • To tastelemon juice
  • To tastesugar
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add gram flour,semolina,curd,salt, turmeric powder,2 tsp refined oil and ass needed water and mix it and make the better.

    Now add eno and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now take a microwave bowl and grease it and pour the better in it.

  4. 4

    And steam it for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now make the dhokla water.

  6. 6

    Take a pan add 1 tsp refined oil and heat it.

  7. 7

    Now add mustard seeds, green chilli and soute it.

  8. 8

    Now add water,salt, lemon,sugar and mix well and boil it for 3-4 minutes.

  9. 9

    When water and dhokla cool at room temperature than cut the dhokla and mix into the water for 30 minutes.

  10. 10

    After that dhokla is ready to serve.
