Cut paneer into small cubes. add salt. coat with oats powder & fry in 4 tsp ghee in a pan. fry all the veggies cut in length in same ghee. take another pan. add 1 tsp ghee & schezwan chutney. add veggies & paneer in sauce. mix well. serve hot.
