Ingredients

4 members
  • 200 gmsabudana soaked for 5 hours
  • 2medium boil potatoes
  • 4 tablespoonPeanut roasted
  • 1-2Chopped green chilli
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper half teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoonJeera
  • 1 spoonOil or desi ghee
  • Green dhaniya for garnish
  • 1 teaspoonlemon juice(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak sabudana for 5 hours.Take a pan add ghee or oil splutter jeera,,green chilli and soaked sabudana add salt, black pepper powder and mix all the ingredients thoroughly add lemon juice and roasted peanuts

  2. 2

    Your sabudana khichdi is ready to serve garnish it with green dhaniya.😋😋
