Add besan in a large bowl

Add Red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander powder

Mix dry ingredients

Add little little water at a time and make a thick batter

Add potatoes,onion and mix

Add salt to taste

Heat oil in a kadhai or pan

Take a portion of batter and put it on pan

Fry till golden brown..

Serve with your favorite chutney
