Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 150 gmpaneer
  • 1 smallonion
  • 1/2of the large capsicum
  • 4bamboo skewers
  • as neededoil for brushing the pan
  • For green dip
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander along with 5-6 leaves of mint leaves
  • 5green chillies
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 1juice of lemon
  • 10peanuts
  • 2 tspoil
  • For marination
  • 1 tbspbesan dry roasted
  • 1/2 cupthick yogurt
  • 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1juice of lemon
  • 2 tspcoarsely ground black pepper
  • pinchturmeric
  • 2 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspeach kasoori methi and chaat masala
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • pinchorange food colour
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dip the skewers in a glass of water

  2. 2

    Grind green dip ingredients and keep aside

  3. 3

    In a large bowl take marination ingredient mix well

  4. 4

    Add paneer onion and capsicum pieces,mix nicely and keep in refrigirator for 2 -3 hours

  5. 5

    Heat a grill pan brush with oil

  6. 6

    Arrange paneer onion and capsicum pcs alternately in the skewers

  7. 7

    Keep in the pan and cook by flipping occasionally till light brown
