Ingredients

  1. 5Small size Spine gourd
  2. 3 tea spoonpoppy seed
  3. 3 tea spoonmustard seed
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  7. 500 mlMustard oil
  8. Refine oil for deep fry
  9. 2Green chilli chopped
  10. 1big size onion chopped
  11. 250 gmBesan

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly peel the spine gourd and cut into 2 pcs.

  2. 2

    Now boil the spine gourd for 10 mins. Add little turmeric powder and salt in water.

  3. 3

    After 10 mins put the gas off and drain the water.

  4. 4

    Now remove the inner portion of spine gourd. It also use in stuffing.

  5. 5

    Now grind the poppy seeds and mustuerd seed. Also separately grind The inner portion of spine gourd.

  6. 6

    Heat the pan add 4 tea spoonmustard oil chopped onion and green chilli till golden brown. Now add the the mixture of poppy seed and mustuerd seeds paste and the the inner portion of spine gourd. Mix well.cock it for 10 mins. Now stuffing is ready.

    Fill the stuffing in spine gourd.

    Take a bowl mix 4 - teaspoon besan slite salt,half teaspoon red chilli powder. Now make a batter.

  9. 9

    Dip the stuffed spine gourd in the batter and deep fry.
