Corns Masala Papad

Heat a tawa and roast the papad both sides by constantly pressing the papad with dosa flipper. Let the flame be in medium while toasting.We can deep fry also.I’ve used both procedures fried and roasted.

Boil the sweet corns.Mix half quantity of boiled sweet corns in mixture and keep aside half.

Deseed tomato and finely chop it, finely chop onion, coriander,cucumber,boiled corns and green chilli as well. In a mixing bow, add all the ingredients.

Add lemon juice and stir to mix well.
To serve, place the papad in the serving plate, spread the prepared onion tomato,cucumber mixture evenly. - 5
Depending on you spice level and taste preference, sprinkle red chilli powder and chaat masala over the papad and serve immediately.Garnish some Papads with only sweet corns.
