Ingredients

20 minutes
1 serving
  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 2 glasswater
  3. To tastesalt
  4. To tastered chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. As neede oil
  9. 2onion roughly chopped
  10. 1tomato finely chopped
  11. 1potato chopped

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker heat the ghee and add cumin seeds and soute it.

  2. 2

    Now add onion, potato, tomato and soute it.

  3. 3

    Now add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add washed rice and water and cook it till 1 vissel.
