Ingredients

  1. To make falafel you need
  2. 16 ozchick peas
  3. 2garlic
  4. 1/2 cupparsley fresh
  5. 1/4 cupcoriander
  6. 1 teaspooncumin
  7. 1 teaspooncaraway
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt and pepper
  9. 1onion chopped
  10. 1 tspbaking powder
  11. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  12. Hummus
  13. 1 canchick peas
  14. 1/3 cuptahini
  15. 1 clovegarlic
  16. 1/4 teaspoonsalt and pepper
  17. 1/4 teaspooncumin
  18. 3 tbspolive oil
  19. 3 cubesice
  20. 3 tablespooncold water if needed
  21. Juice of 1 lemon
  22. Tahini salad
  23. 1 cupGreek yogurt
  24. 2 tablespoontahini
  25. 2small tomatoes diced
  26. 1green onion chopped
  27. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Tahini salad “ in a bowl mix yogurt with tahini tomatoes green onions salt need to be thick “.

    Hummus “ boil chick peas for 5 minute, drain and add to blander add all ingredients blend for about 2 minutes till you get smooth thick paste, need to put in refrigerator for at least half hour.
