Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2egg yolks
  • 2table spoons sugar
  • 1/2 tspstrawberry essence
  • 200 gWhipped cream
  • 200 mlwarm milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar and eggs in a bowl to form soft peaks

  2. 2

    Whip milk under medium heat while adding the mixture.

  3. 3

    Sieve the mixture and cool it

  4. 4

    Whipp the cream in a bowl to soft peaks

  5. 5

    Fold in the sieved mixture

  6. 6

    Cool over night and enjoy
