Ingredients

  1. Pineapple skin peels
  2. Enough water to cover the peels as they boil
  3. to tasteSugar/honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean your pineapple peels thoroughly and place in a large pot with enough water to cover them...let them boil for about 20-30 minutes

    Once ready,sieve and add your sweetened.. Refrigerate it for about 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Serve with some ice cubes or mint leaves

    You can also use it to marinate your meat
