  2. Blended Green leaf vegetables (Ugwu)
  3. Red ball pepper (tatse)
  4. Red chilli (Rodo)
  5. Spice of your choice
  6. Seasoning
  7. Maggi
  8. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the rice till its aldente. Then stir-fry your blended vegetable and add necessary Spice. Combine with aldente rice and allow to simmer. Garnish with fresh pepper/tatase and other veggies (carrots,sweet corn etc).
