  • Blended Green leaf vegetables (Ugwu)
  • Red ball pepper (tatse)
  • Red chilli (Rodo)
  • Spice of your choice
  • Seasoning
  • Maggi
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the rice till its aldente. Then stir-fry your blended vegetable and add necessary Spice. Combine with aldente rice and allow to simmer. Garnish with fresh pepper/tatase and other veggies (carrots,sweet corn etc).
