  1. 1 1/2 cupachcha
  2. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  3. 8Tarugu da tattasai
  4. 5maggi
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. leafBitter
  7. Biscuit bones

    Wash tha achcha very well and remove all the stone that is inside

    Wash the bitter leaf very well to reduce the bitterness

    In a clean pot add the grinded tattasai,tarugu,palm oil and water. Add maggi,salt and biscuitbone cover and allow it to boil. Then you can add the bitter leaf, leave it for some time the put the achcha and stir it well,low the heat and continue cooking
