Ingredients

2 serving
  • 500 gmChicken
  • 2 cupOnion
  • 2 tbspGarlic chopped
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 100 gmFresh cream
  • 4Cheese slice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 1 tspChilli flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and put the chicken and fry. Add butter,onion and garlick and saute.

  3. 3

    Add fresh cream,salt,pepper & oregano and cover and cook atlist 10 min until the chicken is cooked complitely.

  4. 4

    Add cheese slice and cook it low flame atlist 5 min.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chilli flakes and serve hot.
