Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the ndumas and cut them into desired pieces.

  2. 2

    Put the pieces in a pot with plenty of water to boil till tender.

  3. 3

    When ready let it cool and peel off the skin.

  4. 4

    Serve with tea, coffee or porridge
