This is one of the famous desserts of Bengal which is generally served during any pujas. It is popularly known as "narkel naru". It is very easy to make and you may store it anywhere to have it later or you may take it in a tiffin box while you are travelling.

Steps

Put a wok, on a flame and add the grated coconut, and jaggery.

Stir it altogether in a medium flame and add the cardamom powder.

Continue stiring until you notice that the coconut has started to stick together.

Remove it from the flame.
- 5
Start making small balls out of it. Continue making it while it is hot.
- 6
Serve the laddus or store them to have it later.
