Marinate the fish with salt,lemon juice and black pepper powder

Now add 1 tbsp fish filling in each of the fillets,roll and cut.close it with a toothpick.

Now prepare a soup with water,white wine,salt black pepper powder,onion,carrot and celery

Add the fish in this soup and simmer on low heat

In another pan heat butter and saute the chopped vegetables

Add black pepper powder and salt

Now on a serving dish arrange the vegetables

Place the fish fillets and spread butter lemon sauce over the fillets for garnishing and serve.
