Ingredients

  1. 2fish fillets
  2. 1 bowlblanched vegetables (carrot,beans, cauliflower and juchini)
  3. 2 tbspfish filling(fish,cheese,black pepper powder and chopped vegetables)
  4. 1/2lemon
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 1/3 cupwhite wine
  7. 1onion roughly chopped
  8. 1/2carrot roughly chopped
  9. 1 stickcelery roughly chopped
  10. 1 tbspbutter lemon sauce
  11. To tasteblack pepper powder
  12. As neededbutter

    Marinate the fish with salt,lemon juice and black pepper powder

  2. 2

    Now add 1 tbsp fish filling in each of the fillets,roll and cut.close it with a toothpick.

    Now prepare a soup with water,white wine,salt black pepper powder,onion,carrot and celery

  4. 4

    Add the fish in this soup and simmer on low heat

  5. 5

    In another pan heat butter and saute the chopped vegetables

  6. 6

    Add black pepper powder and salt

  7. 7

    Now on a serving dish arrange the vegetables

  8. 8

    Place the fish fillets and spread butter lemon sauce over the fillets for garnishing and serve.
