Peel your potato 🥔 and cut into halves, then in a clean put add in your sliced potato, pour enough water and a pinch of salt. Cover and allow to boil until it’s soft.

For your sauce, wash your veggies and slice or grate them.

In a saucepan add in your oil, then your veggies and fry for 4-5mins, add your seasoning and fry for a min or two. Break your eggs and pour to your fried veggies. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy😋😋😋
