1 bowlboiled soya bean nuggets
2Potatoes cut into cubes
2onion chopped and grinded
1 tbspginger garlic paste
1/2 cuptomato puree
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspcumin seed
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
1 tspred chilli Powder
1bay leaf
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

Add potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Add masala paste and saute well
4

Add red chilli Powder and cumin powder and mix well
5

Add nuggets mix well and add water
6

Cover and cook till it is soft
