After 4 hours water drain out and put in grinding jar adding green chilli, ginger and asofetida powder, curry leaves and little water only that if stucking grind smooth paste

Take out batter in a bowl adding salt and chopped onion and mix well

Heat oil in a kadai or wok on the other side mix eno in dal batter and mix well and put a spoonful batter in a hot oil and med the flame and fry till golden at a time 5-6 vada pour in oil

Now put in a plain water and soak for 10 minutes

Make all small Vadas

Now squeeze water with the help of palm

Now beat curd by adding salt 1/4 tsp each pepper red chilli powder now place vadas as u need

Pour curd on it and garnish with tamarind chutney pudina chutney char masala and sevia bhujiya spread on it and serve chilled
