1potato
1 tspcumin powder
1onion paste
1tomato chopped
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil
1/4 tspgaram masala powder
1/4 tspturmeric powder

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and egg well adding salt and turmeric powder
2

Keep it aside and temper cumin seed bay leaf
3

Add onion and garlic ginger paste and saute well
4

Add tomato and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
5

Add red chilli Powder and cumin powder and mix well
6

Add potatoes mix well adding water
7

Now boil it adding egg and sugar
8

Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve
