Grind oats well. Add semolina and besan. Onion and capsicum and all the powder ingrediants mentioned above. Add curd and mix well.

Add coriander leaves and adding water gradually make a thick batter.

Keep the mixture for 15 to 20 mins aside. Heat oil and deep fry them

I tried to double fry them. So what I Did half of batch I fried and took out of oil. Then pressed and shape them like flat kababs and fried them again. They turned out really very crispy...
