  • 1 CupHung curd
  • 1 CupMixed Bell peppers Chopped
  • 1-2 TablespoonChopped coriander
  • 1 TeaspoonPowdered cardamom
  • 1 TeaspoonChaat masala
  • 1 TspBlack pepper Powder
  • 3 To 4 Tablespoon Rice flour
  • to TasteSalt
  • Oil for Frying
  • Green Chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    Take this hung curd in a bowl, add mixed bell peppers, coriander, a little cardamom powder, a little chaat masala, salt, black pepper powder and a little rice flour for binding. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Shape the mixture into kababs and fry them in oil in a pan. Fry till they turn brown in colour.

  3. 3

    Transfer them to a serving plate.

  4. 4

    Serve them with green chutney.
