Prepare baking trays with baking paper and spray to grease

Preheat oven at 170c (between 180 and 140)

Sift the flour, ginger, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir the mixture to blend evenly, and sift a second time into another bowl.

Place the butter into a mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Gradually beat in the white sugar. Beat in the egg, and molasses. Sift 1/3 of the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix thoroughly. Sift in the remaining flour mixture, and mix together until a soft dough forms

Pinch off small amounts of dough and roll into balls between your hands. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture

Place balls on baking tray and press down lightly with a fork.

Place in you preheated oven and bake for about 15minutes (baking time vary depending on your oven. Best to keep an eye on the biscuits to ensure they don't burn)
