Boil the potatoes and peel them.Take a pan add oil to it add all dry spices like cumin seeds,cloves,tejpta,cardamon add onion and tomatoes cook it for a while.

Grind them into puree.Take a pan add oil add ginger garlic paste and prepared puree and cook add all masala's except garam masala,cook till oil leave the sides.

Soak cashewnut and grind into fine paste add these paste to the prepared puree and cook.Now add water to it and potatoes mix and let them cook.

When the gravy is thick just add garam masala and off the flame.Add little cream and mix.Serve with roti or rice.
