Steps

Chop the garlic, onion, peppers and mushrooms.

In a pot, put olive oil. When it is hot, add the garlic, onion, peppers and mushrooms all chopped.

Chop the chicken and add it to the pot with the rest of vegetables.

When it is all half cooked, add half bottle of tomato sauce uncooked, salt, black pepper, chicken oxo and parsley. Mix well everything.

When all mixed, add the white wine and leave it for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add boil water and leave it to boil for around 40 minutes until the sauce looks a bit thick and not too watery.

Fry chips or make them in the oven ready to be serve when the sauce is thick.

Place the chicken with the sauce in a plate with some chips and enjoyyyyyy.
