Whip margarine and sugar to fine texture.

Add egg one by one as you whip then add in vanilla essence.

Mix flour,baking powder, chocolate powder and sieve to airate the flour.

Add flour in bits as you fold in, in a clockwise direction, add squeezed orange juice as you fold in still, to attain a thick dropping dough.

In case the dough still looks hard you can use milk to help get the thick dropping dough consistency.

Grease baking tin with margarine and dust the tin with little flour to avoid cake sticking.

Pour the dough into the tin and bake for 40minutes under 180degrees heat both top and bottom.
