Ingredients

  • 100 gmsbutter
  • (1 cup) icing sugar
  • 3/4 cupflour
  • 2 tbscorn flour
  • Choco chips (optional)
  • 2 tbsheavy cream
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 tspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the butter and icing till creamy and pale or white

    Add vanilla essence and salt and mix lightly add the cream also

    Sift twice the corn flour and flour and add to the mixture

  4. 4

    Place in a piping bag with a large cookie tip and pipe.

    Bake till golden brown.
