Steps

Take a large,non-stick,thick pan 2 liter of milk

Put 2 liter of milk in the pan

Boil it in high flame for 15 minutes

Now lower the flame & stir it regularly so that it doesn't stick to the pan

When it becomes upto 1/2 liter of milk...add sugar 4-5 tblsp & 4-5 cardamom powder

When the sugar get dissolved in it...off the flame

Now cool it for sometimes....

When it becomes cool it will turn into thick rich & creamy rabdi....

Now put it in a bowl and garnish it with various dry fruits like cashews, almonds, pistachio etc...
