A rich vegetable salad promotes digestive health, promotes eye sight, boosts immunity, promotes bone health, reduces risk of diabetes, cures anemia, fights Cancer, keeps your body hydrated, helps in weight management and also fight signs of skin aging.
Steps

Wash and rinse all the cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, green pepper.

Cut the lettuce and the cabbage.

Grate along the carrots so as to get long pieces of carrots.

Boil the eggs, and cut the cucumber, and tomatoes in cubes.

Also slice the eggs and mix altogether in a bowl. Add the two tablespoon of mayonnaise, baked beans, mix and add seasoning.

Ulala, and now the vegetable salad is ready to be served. It can be served with either rice, couscous, spaghetti and so on. OH YUM:)
