Steps

Add ghee & ice cubes to a bowl & mix them with hands to cream the ghee.when the ghee become solid, smoothen it with your palms.

Add maida, besan & water to make a thin batter. Whip it for 5 minutes.

Add lemon juice to it. & let it rest in the refrigerator untill the ghee becomes hot in a pan.

To the hot ghee start pouring the batter with a spoon in a droplets consistency. You can use a mould over here or use a pan of round shape.

Here we have to make “jaali” kind of texture by pouring the batter.

As the sides start to release take a rod and release the ghevar out of the ghee.

Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup by boiling water with sugar & by adding cardamom powder in the end. The syrup should be of one string consistency.

Pour this syrup over the ghevars & you can serve them as it is by garnishing with nuts only. Like this ⬇️

Or you can also use Rabri or reduced thick milk cream to make a malai ghevar. Like this⬇️
