Steps

For the Puree : Instructions :
1. Wash and peel the bitter gourd properly, Cut the bitter gourds in halves, and scope out the seeds.
2. Cover with salt and leave to rest for about 20 minutes.
3. Wash well and repeat the salt treatment for another two times; wash In between treatments to eliminate the bitterness.
4. Soak overnight in the solution water, lemon juice, turmeric.
5. Discard the water solution.
6. Wash well to eliminate any traces and smell of the water solution.
7. And in pressure - 2
Instructions :
1. Add the cream and condensed in a bowl kept on ice loaded bowl and mix well using a hand blender.
2. Add bitter gourd puree and mix till peek forms.
3. Put in desired container and place it in freezer. allow it to set. - 3
For Candied Bitter gourd:
1 Bittergourd
Sugar
WaterInstructions:
1. In a copper pot dissolve sugar with water over low heat.
2. When the syrup has thickened add the gourds.
3. Cook until transparent and the syrup has become thick.
4. Cool down Keep Aside. - 4
For Chocolate Sauce :
100 gms Chocolate
1tbsp Milk
Instructions :
1. Put a double boiler on the stove.
2. Add chocolate on the bowl, melt it.
3. Once completely melted add milk and mix well.
4. Keep aside.
Crumb of 2 digestive biscuit.For assembly put all the things together and serve chilled.
