Bread Mawa Stuffed Malpua

Firstly for sugar syrup---

Take sugar, water in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Now add in vanilla essence stir well and look for sticky consistency (less than one string). Turn off the heat.

Preparing Stuffing-----

In a bowl add khoya, cashew, raisin, cardamom powder and sugar. Mix well and stuffing is ready.
Now take all bread slices and cut into roundles with the help of cutter or bowl...and dip the one bread roundles into the water and squeeze it nicely and spread the mawa mixture on the top of one bread. - 5
Cover this with the other bread roundles and join them by pressing it's sides...and deep fry untill it turns golden brown and soak into the syrup for 15 min. After serve directly or serve chilled.
