Peel your yam,wash it and cook until it softened

Mash your yam,add your pepper,onions and spices and mix everything together.then cook ur eggs and keep aside
3

Take some of it,make it flat on ur hand,put your egg on top and roll it like balls
4

Fry to Golden brown color and serve
