Wash the chicken pieces

Marination -add hung curd, ginger paste,garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, sugar, white oil, garam masala powder, lemon juice in a bowl.

Marinate the chicken and keep it aside for 4 to 5hours. Then put it in the sticks and heat over flame until it becomes soft and tender.

Then put some melted butter on kebabs and serve with salads.
