Ingredients

25 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 1brinjal sliced
  • 1/2raw papaya chopped
  • 1/2pumpkin cut into cubes
  • 1/4banana stem chopped
  • 1potato cut into cubes
  • 5-6beans chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tbspdry roasted masala powder
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and let it crackle

  2. 2

    Add the vegetables and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    Cover till it is soft and moist add ginger

  4. 4

    Add red chilli Powder and dry roasted powder mix well

  5. 5

    Add sugar and switch off,it is ready
